Sprint Mandatory gear list

Team Gear:

Water purifier tablets or liquid

  Team First-Aid Kit
   6 4"x4" gauze pads
   1 roll medical tape
   1 3" Ace bandage
   10 painkiller tablets (Aspirin, Acetaminophen, etc.)
   6 Betadine, iodine or alcohol swabs
   6 Band-Aids
   2 Pairs of Latex Gloves
   Tube of antibacterial ointment (Neosporin, etc.)
Lighter or Waterproof Matches
1 cell phone in waterproof container with fully charged battery
Headlamp with fully charged batteries

Canoe , Kayak or Rental

Individual Gear: Sprint

Hydration Pack (70 oz or 2 liters) Must carry water at all times during race
Whistle
Emergency Blanket

Mountain Bike (no cyclo cross bikes allowed)
Bicycle Helmet
Paddle (included if renting)
Type III PFD - (Included if renting) Must be worn at all times on water
